1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Eventacle. The website and application are operated by YouReal BV, registered in Belgium with company number BE0805.250.844. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

Eventacle provides cloud-based event management software, including planning, crew, sponsor, contact, and meeting tools.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are charged per event or as an annual subscription as described on our pricing page. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Failed or late payment may result in suspension of access.

5. Trial period

New organizers receive a 14-day trial on their first event. After the trial, continued use requires payment per our pricing terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Eventacle for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email.
